What you share

The project planner collects your reply email, optional name, service selection and the project details you choose to provide, including budget, timing, quantity and any starting reference. We use these details to respond, prepare a quote and discuss your project.

How an inquiry is sent

When you choose Send inquiry, your details go to FormSubmit for spam checking and email delivery to Evolve3D at benjaminkscott@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submission and documents a 30-day submission archive. Its services and spam checks may use cookies.

Read FormSubmit’s privacy terms and submission documentation. Emails are handled through Gmail. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list when you inquire.

Drafts and project records

Using Save draft stores a copy in this browser on your device. You can remove it with Remove saved draft or by clearing browser storage. Downloads stay wherever you save them.

Submitted emails and project records are kept for inquiry follow-up, project administration and applicable business-record obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email benjaminkscott@gmail.com. We will review the request, including any records that must be retained.

Files and sensitive information

Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information or confidential drawings in the inquiry form. Contact us first to agree on how to share sensitive project files. Sending a brief does not create a confidentiality agreement or place an order.
